Super Easy Crispy Enoki 🍄 Here’s what you’re gonna need 1 packet of enoki mushroom (200g) 1 cup corn flour 1/4 cup wheat flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar I tsp msg or mushroom or veg seasoning powder 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional) 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional) Light veg oil for frying Method Mix all the dry ingredients in a lange flat bowl. Wash your mushrooms in water, and tear them into easy pieces to coat in your dry batter. Heat up oil in a wok or pot making sure there is 1cm of oil in order to submerge the mushrooms in. Check the temperature of the oil with a wooden chopstick, when chopstick is placed in the hot oil and bubbles immediately form around the stick, your oil is ready. Coat each portion of enoki mushrooms with dry batter and quickly place them in hot oil on medium to high heat and cook until golden. Make sure your oil doesn’t smoke - if it does, your oil is too hot. Cool for about 3 mins on each side.
