Tips from her: - When the persimmons are drying, make sure they don’t touch - Hang them up by a window with plenty of natural sunlight - Tie the strings on the stems of each fruit - Place an oscillating fan in front of the persimmons on low speed and allow it to run continuously. It prevents against mold and fruit flies! - Dry for at least 7-10 days, but you can enjoy them depending on what kind of texture you’d like!
