I tried 12 different dishes at the Don Angie team’s new restaurant San Sabino, and would confidently recommend every single one (!!) to you, but that being said, here are my must order items: - cheesy fritelle - spicy tuna with broken arancini - stuffed farfalle - lobster triangoli - shrimp parm - caramelized crespelle The Italian American restaurant focuses on seafood and handmade pastas, and draws inspiration from America’s coasts. The menu is adventurous, few dishes are recognizable, and I was skeptical about some of the combos (like “shrimp parm”) but it all works! San Sabino is bound to get a lot of hype, and I do believe it’s worthy of it all.
