Mix dough ingredients in a kitchen mixer, knead for 5 min. 2. Take needed butter from the fridge for lamination. 3. Roll dough to 21x25 cm. Lamination: 1. Halve 160 g butter lengthwise. 2. Fold dough over butter, wrap, chill 45+ min. 1st Turn: 1. Roll dough to 8-10 mm, fold in thirds, chill 45+ min. 2nd Turn: 1. Treat rolled dough, fold, chill 45+ min. 3rd Turn: 1.
