my favourite cookie recipes, the ones that are always on repeat. matcha neapolitan sugar cookies ~ this is definitely the most popular cookie recipe i’ve shared. it’s a chewy sugar cookie base and we flavour it with matcha, freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla. you can enjoy each flavour on its own or take a bite of all three for the full neapolitan effect. my favourite thing about this recipe is that no cookie will ever look the same lucky charms marshmallow cookie ~ the recipe calls for the marshmallow to be separated from the cereal (it doesn’t take that long, especially if you have a podcast on!) and we turn the cereal into a ‘cereal flour’ for the cookie. we add the cereal marshmallows back in the dough to get the full “i’m eating a box of lucky charms” effect and stuff a marshmallow in the centre for the perfect marshmallow streeeetch salted egg yolk, cereal, white chocolate cookies ~ this is perhaps my favourite cookie of the bunch and is the reason why i always have salted egg yolk in the freezer. it’s sweet, it’s savoury, and full of texture. if you’ve never baked with salted egg yolk before, don’t let that intimidate you. it’s easy to work with and adds such a depth of flavour to your baked goods #cookiedecorating #bakefromscratch #cookies #chocolatechipcookies #recipe
