A classic old fashioned pasta dish. Pasta con Patate 🥔 Made in the old days when meat was to expensive is now a nostalgic dish. Of course because it’s us we always add peas. What can we say. It’s our favorite. My nonna used to add peas sometimes too. I’m sure most of you have memories of this dish. Comment below if you make this or love to eat it. Ingredients: 2 cups of peas 4 large potatoes 1 small onion Olive oil 1 chicken bouillon Salt and pepper to taste Parsley optional Directions: Sauté the onion in a pot with olive oil. Add the peas and cook for a minute or so. Melt the bouillon and then add the potatoes. Add the water to cover the vegetables. Bring it to a boil, then lower it down to a simmer. When vegetables are half way cooked add the pasta. (Before you put the pasta make sure you have enough water for the pasta.
