CHOCOLATE BALLS- KADOREI SHOKOLAD! 🍫 Recipe: Ingredients- 1 package (250g) of tea biscuits. I used Osem petit beurre 8.8 oz 1 cup of heavy cream OR 1 cup of coconut cream 1 package of dark chocolate morsels 70% cacao 10 oz (283.5 g) 1 tablespoon of almond butter 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut ✨ Sealable plastic bag (Ziploc) ✨Rolling pin Method- 1. Put the biscuits in a sealable plastic bag (Ziploc) and close tightly. Using a rolling pin, crush the biscuits roughly. 2. In a bowl, put the chocolate chips and heavy cream and transfer to the microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate is melting. 3. Mix it all together to get a chocolaty mixture. 4. Add the almond butter to the chocolate mixture and mix well. 5. Pour the crushed biscuits and mix them all together. 6. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. 7. Spread the shredded coconut in a bowl. 8. Make chocolate balls from the chocolate mixture. 9. Coat the balls with the coconut by rolling them from side to side. Place them on a serving tray. 10.
