Bang Bang air fryer chicken If your looking for an easy and delicious chicken recipe that comes together in no time make this bang bang chicken, I served it over some white rice. ——Ingredients—— 3 chicken breasts 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon seasoned salt : ——bang bang sauce—— 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce or Sriracha : 1. Score the chicken breasts about 1/8-inch deep and 1/2-inch apart. Make cross-hatch cuts. Mix all the spices together (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, seasoned salt) and season the chicken breasts on both sides. 2. Make the bang bang sauce - mix together the Mayo, sweet chili sauce and chili garlic sauce or sriracha. Make sure you reserve about a couple tablespoons of the sauce for drizzling on top when serving the dish. 3. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and spread about 2 tablespoons of the bang bang sauce on top, then air fry at 390° for about 20 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breasts or until the internal temperature hits 165 degrees. 4. CHICKEN THAT DOESNT SUCK. This is one of the best 1 pan chicken recipes you’ll make. The secret is the marinate that will elevate the chicken and the quick garlicky herb sauce is unbelievably good! I’m using bone-in skin-on chicken thighs to make the chicken more flavorful and juicy, but you can remove the skin if you prefer, too. I paired this with a simple salad, but it would be complete with some regular rice, quinoa, or if you’re doing lowcarb/keto, some of my lowcarb @kaizenfoodco rice. . This is how I made it (feel free to multiply for more) . 1.Grab 4 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs, dab them dry with a paper towel and add them to a bowl. . 2.For the marinade, grab a medium mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp drizzle of olive oil, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 4 minced garlic cloves, the zest and juice of 1 large lemon, a couple generous pinches salt, pepper, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp oregano or thyme, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix it really well. . 3.Add the marinade to the chicken, and mix really well covering all sides. Let this ideally sit for 2 to 6 or ideally, overnight. . 4.Preheat oven to 410F. Remove chicken from fridge and let it come up to room temp before putting in the oven. . 5.Place chicken on a wire rack and put it in the oven at 410F for 35-40 mins. . 6.While thats going, make your sauce. I processed together 3 tablespoons of thick greek yogurt (or labneh), a handful of fresh mint (about 3 tablespoons), 2 scallions (green and white part), 1/2 large jalapeño, 1 tbsp olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, and a couple generous pinches of salt + pepper. Process well, taste, and adjust to your preference. . 7.Remove the chicken from the oven, plate it. Again, you can serve this with whatever base you like (it would be delicious with regular rice, quinoa, or if you’re lowcarb/keto my high protein kaizen rice), some salad of choice, and this sauce. . Marry Me Chicken Pasta 💍 This recipe is such a crowd-pleaser and it only takes about 30min. The best part? It comes together in one pan! Here’s how I made it: - 1/2 lb chicken - 1/2 lb pasta of choice - 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, jullienned (plus oil) - 2 T butter - 1 medium shallot, diced - 1 t salt, to taste - 1 t Italian seasoning - 1/2 t onion powder - 1 t pepper, to taste - 1/2 t paprika (can sub smoked) - 1/2 t chicken bouillon - Dash of cayenne, optional - 1/2 t red pepper, to taste - 6-8 cloves garlic, to taste - Olive oil - 2.5 cups chicken broth - 1/2 cup half & half (or cream) - 1/2 cup fresh parmesan (plus more to garnish) - Handful of spinach - Fresh basil, torn, to taste 1. In a large sauce pan, heat about 1 T of sun-dried tomato oil and 1 T butter over medium heat. Cook your chicken until no longer pink and set aside. Cut into bite-sized pieces. 2. Reduce heat to low and add in another T of butter along with your shallot and seasonings. Cook for 2-3 minutes (add in some olive oil if needed). Add in your garlic and cook for another minute. 3. Pour in your chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits on the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer, add in your pasta, and stir. Cover and simmer until al dente, about 10-15 minutes, stirring every few minutes. 4. Once your pasta is done, add in your half & half, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan. Stir until melted. 5. Add in your spinach, cooked chicken, and basil. Stir until spinach is wilted. Serve immediately and top with more fresh parm. This HONEY - LIME chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner to add to your rotation🍋‍🟩🍯 Ingredients: 1 chicken breast thinly sliced Seasoned with: Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper 1 lime juiced 2 tbsp honey For the Cucumber & Avocado Salad: 1/2 cucumber quartered 1 avocado cubed 1/2 red onion sliced 1 tosp honey Salt & pepper to taste 1 lime juiced Minced cilantro For the sides I made white rice and added 1/2 cup to my plate and approximately 1 cup of shredded lettuce. On a medium pan on (medium heat) add 1/2 tbsp avocado oil then add chicken once the pan is very hot. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Turn heat down then add lime juice and honey. Allow for it to simmer for another 3-4 min or until sauce turns thick in texture. For the salad cut the veggies add all into a bowl and mix well. Ingredients: (quantities are easily modifiable to serve however many are in your fam 🫶🏻) 1.5 lbs of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless salt and pepper to season about 1/2 cup of bone broth (start with 1/4 cup and add more as needed) Directions: Heat a skillet over medium high heat While the skillet heats up, season your chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper Add your chicken thighs to the dry skillet, making sure they are not crowded, and cook, undisturbed, for 10-12 minutes or until they appear almost cooked through.
