Apple Cinnamon Swirl Cake 🍎✨ ✍🏼 Ingredients: for the apples: ~ 2 apples ~ 50g sugar ~ 2 tsp cinnamon for the swirl: ~ 150g light brown sugar ~ 2 tsp cinnamon ~ 120g melted butter for the cake: ~ 350g flour ~ 180g sugar ~ 4 tsp baking powder ~ 300 ml milk ~ 1 tsp vanilla extract ~ 2 eggs ~ 100g melted butter for the icing: ~ 100g icing sugar ~ 4 tsp milk, optional water 👩🏻🍳Instructions: ~ preheat oven to 180°C // 355 °F. baking tray with non-stick paper. ~ for the apples: Peel and dice apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon, coat apples, set aside. ~ for the cinnamon swirl: Whisk sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter together, set aside. ~ for the cake: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk, vanilla extract, and eggs, whisk until combined.
