Are you also constantly struggling with the seemingly never-ending amount of beansprouts going bad in your fridge and today’s the day you’re gonna do something about it? No? Just me? 😃 Ok, well here’s my favorite quick bean sprout recipe in case you ever DO have that problem. 🤭 1-1.5 lbs of boiled, rinsed, & squeezed bean sprouts 2 tbsp minced garlic 🧄 2 tbsp chili sesame oil 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 2 tbsp sweetener (acorn/corn syrup) 2 tbsp chili crisp (I personally love Lao Gan Ma, @flybyjing XXL sauce for a HUGE kick, or @cinsoy_foods ’s chili crisp) 3 tbsp gochugaru (half if you don’t like spice) 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp rice or black vinegar 1 tsp coarse salt 2 large green onion stalks, chopped I literally made this in under 15 minutes and I’ve made it 3 times since. No more rotting bean sprouts in my fridge!! This is often served as a side dish (banchan) at Korean restaurants but my girl and I like to eat it as a main… It’s just that good 😩❤️ . . . #recipe #quickrecipe #simplerecipe #beansprouts #asianrecipes #banchan #koreanrecipe #food #cookingwithcy #cylovesfrogs ##delicious#yum
