1 Aloe Vera Leaf
1 Lime
3 tsp of honey
2 cups of chilled water
Fresh mint Aloe Vera Juice 1. Rinse the aloe leaf and fill a medium bowl with cool water. 2. Carefully slice the leaf into 4-6 equal parts. Remove the sides with a small knife (it’ll be very slippery, so be careful!) 3. Scrape the aloe vera gel with a spoon, and soak the filets in water for 15 minutes. 4. Clean well so most of the yellow sap is removed. Once clear, strain, and transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. (Bubbles will appear, but they will go away on their own) 5. Add 2 tsp of honey, a squeeze of lime juice, and mix well. Mocktail 1. Add 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice, 1 cup of chilled water, a squeeze of lime, and 1 tsp of honey in a glass. Top with fresh mint, and enjoy!
