Bonus points for it still falling in the “comfort food” category. #Alexiainspired #ad #sweetpotatofries #vegetariana 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/4 tsp ground allspice 1/4 cup garlic powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp ground cardamom 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp turmeric 1 tbsp kosher salt 1 bag #alexia Sweet Potato Fries 3 cups cauliflower florets 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ⅓ cup tahini 1 garlic clove minced ½ tsp salt 3 tbsp lemon juice ¼ cup water pita bread arugula cherry tomatoes cucumbers black sesame seeds Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small bowl combine pepper, allspice, garlic power, cinnamon, cardamom, chili powder, turmeric and salt. On a large baking sheet arrange sweet potato fries on one half and cauliflower on the other half. Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil and season both fries and cauliflower with prepared spice blend. Toss to coat. Bake on center rack for 18-22 minutes until fries are crips and cauliflower is golden brown. Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl combine tahini, garlic, salt, lemon juice and water. Mix until smooth. Cut a pita in half and fill with arugula, sweet potato and cauliflower and top with tomatoes, cucumber, tahini sauce and sesame seeds.
