If you are looking to build muscle, make sure you’re doing this…. ⏲️ Take MORE time in between your sets! Stop moving so fast, and only taking 30-60 seconds. There’s PLENTY of research that suggests that more rest time, leads to more hypertrophy. 💪 The ideal rest time? 90 seconds. If you’re performing compound strength movements, I’d recommend 2 minutes or more. This will maximize your recovery in between your sets, so you can then increase your weight for reps during your entire workout.
