If you are looking to build muscle, make sure you’re doing this…. ⏲️ Take MORE time in between your sets! Stop moving so fast, and only taking 30-60 seconds. There’s PLENTY of research that suggests that more rest time, leads to more hypertrophy. 💪 The ideal rest time? 90 seconds. If you’re performing compound strength movements, I’d recommend 2 minutes or more. This will maximize your recovery in between your sets, so you can then increase your weight for reps during your entire workout. So unless you’re trying to be super skinny or focus on building endurance… ✅ Start taking more rest time! #fitness #mensfitness #buildmuscle #gymhacks #fitnesstips
