It can be scary starting a new fitness journey but knowledge is power! The more you know what you’re doing the less scary it’ll be. Here’s some things I learned along the way that may be useful if you’re a beginner working out: 1. ALWAYS warm up. Getting your blood pumping allows you to lubricate your joints and prepare your body for the workout itself. This helps prevent injuries and allows more consistent training. 2. THE ORDER you do your exercises in does matter. Try to start with your most demanding exercises (squats, deadlifts, chest press, etc.) and end with accessory movements (glute med kickbacks, bicep curls, etc.) that don’t require your MAX energy 3. TRAIN EACH LIMB INDIVIDUALLY! Unilateral movements help avoid muscle imbalances and allows you to really focus on the exact muscle of the exact limb you’re working with. 4. DO NOT SKIP UPPER BODY!!!! This is huge. Building your upper body strength will allow you to be even stronger in lower body movements. This will also allow you to build a proportionate physique and create the illusion of a smaller waist with building your back. #beginnergymtips #newtothegym #workouttipsforbeginners #howtostartworkingout #gymtok #fyp #girlsinthegym #beginnerworkout
