TORTILLA SAMOSAS!
This is a brilliant way to give your wraps or samosas a twist, check my method below ⬇️
Ingredients
Your chosen filling, I used shredded chicken mixed in garlic mayo with grated cheese and spring onions
Tortilla wraps
Oil for deep frying
Flour and water
Method-
• Make a paste using a little water and flour, this will be your glue.
• Cut a tortilla wrap right down the centre.
• Fold one corner down to the round side of the tortilla wrap and add a little paste then fold the opposite side over on top of the paste, this will form a cone shape.
• Gently fold one third of the tortilla wrap, add some paste on top and then overlap the other side on top. Use the flour and water paste to stick it together to form a cone.
• Fill your cone with your filling but leave enough space for you to seal the top with some more paste.
• Deep fry, shallow fry or for a healthier alternative, brush with vegetable oil and bake in the oven or air fryer until golden!

Ingredients (serves 2):
200g chicken
Egg whisked
30g crushed cornflakes
Smoked paprika
Onion granules
Garlic granules
50g Lighter than light mayo hellmans
10g Sriracha sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Water
Lettuce - I used roundhead
Wraps - I used the chargrilled ones from aldi
50g 50% less fat cheese
💞Season the chicken strips with smoked paprika, onion and garlic granules. Rub in thoroughly. Crush the cornflakes and season with the same seasonings.
💞Dip the chicken in the egg, followed by the cornflakes pushing into the chicken. Pop in the airfryer on 185 degrees for 15 minutes.
💞To make the sauce, mix together the mayo, sriracha, tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp garlic granules, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and two tsp of water (add more if you need a thinner sauce).
💞Slice the wrap halfway down the middle, add the lettuce to one quarter, the sauce in the next, the chicken, followed by the cheese. Pan fry on medium heat until golden both sides.
