I’m 46 years young and no, ABS are not genetic and these moves won’t make ABS magically appear. What you do in the kitchen is key but these moves will for sure help you work them!
So, ADD these 5 KETTLEBELL core moves at the end of your next workout:
1. Around the Worlds (both ways)
2. Goblet March
3. Standing Oblique Crunch (both sides)
4. Single-Arm Overhead March (both sides)
5. Bear Pull-Throughs
Complete 2-3 sets of 15 reps each!
(For measure- my kettle bell is a 20!)
