Been aiming to “conceal” my routers from the beginning even before I move in cause I knew the whole “look” will not match if I don’t do it, lol. Figured this is the most “feasible” (and cheap too!) way to do it.
Also, before you ask / comment, it doesn’t affect the signal strength and wifi speed (we tested it with all sorts of online wifi speed test) as it wasn’t fully “concealed”.
It doesn’t get overheat, as the bottom of the routers are directly on the cabinet and the back of the fake books are exposed - so there’s plenty of ventilation going on.
The books used are fake books (that are cheap) meant for decoration - so no harms were done on any real books ✌🏻
