This week is volunteer week. As most people know I volunteer a fair bit. To me it's for 2 reasons. To payback to all the people who allowed me to compete in different events and also for me to help encourage people who think they can't do it. I love to see people glow. Esp if you are marshalling and call out their name. To see that smile when you say you CAN do this. Volunteering isn't for everyone but I can guarantee you will love doing it. #volunteersweek2022
