Make sure to eat in such a way
That 1/2 of your stomach is filled with food , 1/4th with water ( which you must drink one hour after food) and 1/4th left for air so that digestion can help better!
Raw and cold salads and smoothies are not for you if your digestion is not right! :)
Please don’t do that :)
Healthy meals can get unhealthy if you are having cold and stale and gassy foods
According to bhagwad geeta your food is stale after 3 hours of cooking, rest choice is yours :)
And here our generation is eating frozen momos to frozen pizzas to ready made daals to pranathas and what not! 😭
Vajrasana must not be done people with weak knees and hernia, rather go for walk for 15 minutes daily!
Although vajrasana can be done after meals but when you are combining vayu mudra with vajrasana, that must be done empty stomach or a gap of 3-4 hours meals :)

For this particular wash day I have used the shampoo, the shampoo is working really well for my curls :) this shampoo has no harsh chemical :) finally my search for a good shampoo has ended :)
