110 g flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar/maple syrup/agave syrup
1 pinch of salt
140ml vegetable milk
optional: a little cinnamon & vanilla
Toppings optional: cinnamon & sugar, maple syrup, vanilla sauce, ...
First mix the dry ingredients with a whisk, then add the milk.
Peel and core the apple, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices and toss the slices in the batter before baking in a pan with a little coconut oil over medium heat until golden brown and the apples are cooked through.
