I normally don’t complain and I don’t trash businesses on social media but I woke up with gnats covering my pillow, all over my bedding, and all over the room. And despite being completely grossed out, I was gonna let the hotel fix it. I called the front desk and they had several people complain before me, so they knew they had an issue. The front desk said they would get me a new room but it would take time because they had to move everyone. According to my phone call, the one building has gnat infestation problem and it was really bad because of rain and it getting warmer. I shook out all my luggage. Packed it into my car. Was finding things to do until they got us a new room… But one desk agent got an attitude with me after about 5 hours without a room and that was the final straw. I’m not gonna pay to stay in a bug infested hotel and pay to be disrespected, too. So here’s the receipts, @cartoonnetworkhotel… Here is the bugs covering the bathtub. There were hundreds of them flying around and you could really see them on the white surfaces. And just an fyi, if your desk agent wouldn’t have been rude, if she would have been empathetic or did a little actual customer service when I called to check on my room, I never would have posted this publicly.
