Replying to @Jacqueline Lee brooks this is how much we’ve spent on our tiny home so far. Keep in mind, we had a LOT of supplies and hardware beforehand from family, garage sales and stuff we saved overtime. We purchased one tool ($250 circle saw) and made due with what we already had. We spent a lot of time shopping around for the best price on things but also making sure we spend good money on things that are important to us (ie, roofing, windows). There have been hundreds of hours of sweat equity, and years of research behind the build. We aren’t builders but are learning as we go. Plus my fiancé is amazing at getting ANYTHING done😘.
