Hazırlanışı:
Tüm tavuğu sosladıktan sonra sebzeleri küçük küçük doğrayıp tavuğun dibindeki tabağa dolduruyoruz. Az bir tereyağıyla besliyor ve tavuğu teneke ile kapatıyoruz. Teneke hava almaması için toprakla diplerini kapatıp 1 saat kadar orta derece ateşte pişiriyoruz

- Aubergine
- Cherry tomato
- Pointed cayenne pepper
- Capia pepper
- Garlic
- Onion shank
- Olive oil, butter
- chili flakes
- Red powdered pepper
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Yogurt
Preparation of:
After dressing the whole chicken, we chop the vegetables into small pieces and fill them on the plate at the bottom of the chicken. We feed it with a little butter and cover the chicken with a tin. We cover the bottoms of the tin with soil so that it does not get air, and cook it on medium heat for about 1 hour.

Eti ve kuyruk yağını kuşbaşı doğruyoruz. Soğan ve sarımsağı tüm atıp biberle domateside doğruyoruz. Karışımı baharatladıktan sonra toprak testilere dolduruyor üstlerine en son 1 er kaşık tereyağı koyuyor ve ağzını hamurla kapatıyoruz. Köz ateşinde 2.5 saat ağır ağır pişiriyoruz.
