Ingredients:
1 lb fresh salt water fish
4-6 limes, juiced
1 young coconut pulp
2 tablespoons chillies, sliced
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
3/4 cup coconut milk
4-6 corn tortillas fried
1 kosher Salt
6 twists black pepper
Method:
1. Slice fish as thin as possible and cover in lime juice. Let sit for 20 minutes.
2. Top with chopped coconut pulp, cilantro, chives, chillies and coconut milk.
3. Season and serve with crispy tortillas.
