As you all may or may not know, I’m a huge fan of smoothies! Smoothies played a huge part in my weight loss journey.
Smoothies are a great way to increase your veggie/fruit intake for the day! They can be a meal replacement or a snack.
But, if you’re like me and get bored easy with the same recipe…I decided to create recipes we could use. Starting February 1st, I’ll be posting smoothie recipes weekly!
You can use all of the ingredients I post for the day or switch things up…I just wanted to give you ideas if you’re struggling with coming up with recipes on your own.
