Ingredients
1. 1 rack of baby back ribs
2. 1 red onion
3. 5 garlics
4. 1 tsp fennel
5. 2.5 cups of ketchup
6. 1/2 cup of soy
7. 1 cup of brown sugar
8. 1 tsp of chili flakes
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 265 degrees F
2. Cook the diced onions in oil for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add in Garlic, Fennel, and Chili flakes and cook for another 2 minutes
4. Add in brown sugar and cook down till everything is emulsified
5. Add in Ketchup and Soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes
6. Put the sauce all over the ribs. Make sure to get it on the bottom as well.
7. Cover the ribs with foil and make sure it’s tight. No air should get out.
8. Cook for about 1.5-2 hours depending on the thickness.
9. Take out the oven, remove the top cover and re-coat the ribs with the sauce.
10. Increase heat to 325 degrees F and place the ribs in for another 30 minutes
11. Take it out, let it cook for a few minutes an enjoy!

Crab Rangoon Dip
8oz cream cheese
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 packs imitation crab meat chopped
Salt pepper and garlic seasoning to taste
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Chopped green onions to garnish
Steps
-Preheat smoker to 225 (crockpot low)
-In a bowl blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire and seasonings until smooth
-pour mixture into a lightly greased grill safe pan and top with chopped crab meat, Parmesan, and all but 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
-smoke 225 for 1-1.5 hrs stirring every half hour til cheese is all melted and smooth (crockpot 2-3 hours til cheese melted)
-last 15 mins on smoker top with remaining mozzarella
-garnish with green onion and serve hot
