Epcot has brought back a 20-year-old offering, shishi-odoshi (pronounced as she-she oh-doe-she) Japanese clacker gardens for the #Epcot #flowerandgardenfestival .
These new gardens were built by Disney’s arborist team, led by long-standing Cast Member Shoji Kanaoka, who first brought them to Epcot over 20 years ago. Now, he and the Disney arborist team used bamboo and other plant elements from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and The Jungle Cruise to bring this year’s creation to life.
