Creamy Seafood Mac & Cheese 🤤

Recipe ⬇️

- Any cheese of choice. I used mozzarella, colby, mild cheddar, and parmesan. I used a cheese grater and shred about half a block of each cheese. You can can buy pre-shredded cheese or do it yourself it’s optional :)

- Seafood of choice. I used lobster & shrimp. Chop up, drizzle with a little oil and season with
@Dan-O’s Seasoning Spicy & Original seasoning. Cook shrimp first, half way through add lobster. Set aside once cooked.

- Prepare Roux. Sauté shallots, butter, minced garlic in a large pan. Add flour, stir. Add half & half, heavy cream, then stir together. Add cheese mix and whisk together well. Add Dan-O’s Spicy or Original to taste. Add in half of the cooked seafood, stir. Add the cooked macaroni noodles, stir. (Depending on the portion of mac and cheese you need, add more or less of the creams/cheese/seasoning/noodles).

- Add half of the mac and cheese to an oven safe pan. Add layer of cheese. Add the other half of mac and cheese to pan. Add remaining cooked seafood on top. Add final layer of cheese. (Optional- sprinkle parsley on top)

- Preheat oven to 350 or 375 depending on how hot your oven gets. I cooked mine on 375 until the top layer of cheese browns, about 30 minutes. Then let cool for 20 minutes.
