Never in my life have I been treated like this by a LANDLORD! I live in upstate NY, I’ve been left without heat for a week while the temperatures dropped below 0, no working water upstairs, toilet doesnt work, pipes burst in the basement, and THIS is how im treated? I have two small children living here! I need answers & i was told by the landlord that shes not gonna deal with me? Excuse me??
They told me that they have never received any maintenance request (which is a lie), they said they everybody in the office gets the requests, then went on to say she “doesnt know anything about my situation”.
