Replying to @Bec Bailey I don’t believe this person has been given medication to lactate, it’s so much more complex than just asking the doctor for medication and them signing it off. I believe it’s part of the fantasy which is fine in a contained environment but when passing it off as fact and upsetting others is just not ok and needs to be stopped.
