Gluten Free Padana
Padana is a @PizzaExpress pizza with spinach, goats cheese, and onion.
I used San Marzano and Mozzarella as the base to then top with spinach, creamy goats cheese and red onion.
Post bake, I've added some caramelised onion chutney for some sweet onion flavours.
