This recipe is extremely balanced in sweetness and perfect for those who don’t like overwhelming desserts. Recipe: Vanilla cake mix and bake as is. Mix 1 can coconut milk, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk in a bowl. Soak the cake with the liquid mix at least 3 hours, overnight is best. Beat heavy whipping cream with 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp coconut extract.
