2. Consistency - Nothing happens overnight! But when we stick to things for months (coming up on a year!!) we see big change! Like with anything, consistency is key.
3. Effort - Ana is always giving it her all! She listens to her body, backing off when she needs to or pushing through to hit a new PR!
