“No Churn” Ice Cream (Blueberry Edition) You will need: 500ml Cream 250g Condensed Milk 1 tbspn Vanilla Essence Blueberry sauce - recipe already uploaded Method: In a bowl whisk cream until stiff peaks(not pourable). Add the condensed milk to the cream and gentle fold. Then add in the vanilla essence and whisk for 1-2 minutes on high speed. Pour half of the mixture into a freezer safe dish/container then add your blueberry sauce and make swirls using a skewer/toothpick. Add the remaining mixture on top and finish off with the sauce.
