Jeow pa haeng- Lao Dried Fish Dip ແຈ່ວປາແຫ້ງ this was one of my favorite jeow growing up that Mae would make! Now you can make it too. It’s so easy and so saap saap delicious!!
1 bag of Fish snack
Roasted chilies
1-2 spoonful Galangal
2 raw garlic cloves
4-6 Kaffir leaves sliced up
Fish sauce
Steam fish snack for 30 mins until soften
Lightly Roast chilies
Thum roasted Chilies, galangal, garlic and kaffir into a paste.
Add dried fish and thum until ground texture
Add a squirt or 2 of fish sauce to taste
Thum to combine!
Enjoy with khao niew! Oh so saap saap delicious! 😋😋🐟🐟
