Day 29 pt. 2! Visiting @Donerds Donuts 🍩 was the HIGHLIGHT of #JimThorpePA ! Day 35! The Apollo Grill just off main street in #BethlehemPA was such a great midweek #DateNight ! This is the perfect place to go if you want a #HomeCookedMeal without actually making it yourself 😉 The #Burrata with #LocalFruit was fantastic and I loved that most menu items had ingredients from #LocalFarm in #PA ! They definitely have fun with all kinds of #flavors and the #Yuzu #TunaWrap was #Delicious ! This little #Reataurant is a #LocalFavorite I have gotten #Recommendations for countless times! If youre in town for #MusikFest it would be a great way to see the #vibrantcommunity ! Day 32 of falling in LOVE W PA! No more gaslighting necessary (for now 🫠) i went to @thewickedbotanist because my poor #houseplant is really struggling and I needed #plantadvice ASAP! This unique little store was filled to the brim with funky plants that i had never seen before! Day 32! We went to @SocialStill , an urban #Brewery and #Distillery in south #BethlehemPA ! It was such a great spot for #DateNight and we had a great time trying their #CreativeDrinks and amaaazing #Nachos ! Then we stopped at vegan treats which is my favorite #Bakery ! Day 34! A spur of the moment trip to Tapas On Main on mainstreet in #BethlehemPA was so fun and the star of the show was their #Sangria ! We also got a steak #Flatbread , #ChickenEmpanadas and #Croquettes ! Tbh I am Spanish and i was not expecting much but for small town USA i think the croquettes were pretty good! I was impressed! This place is a #LocalFavorite that has been recommended HUNDREDS of times in the comments by everybody from #CollegeKids to #SAHM who live in the area. The owners put so much live into the #restoration of this #historicbuilding and even lovingly scrubbed the #tinceiling 💛 This would be the perfect spot to rent out for a party or a #wedding and their event manager @Marissa Murgia is an absolute peach!
