Reynisfjara Beach in Iceland is famous for its gorgeous black sand, sea stacks, & stunning sunsets. But it’s ALSO famous for being the most dangerous beach in Iceland.
Why is that?
Because there are huge sneaker waves that can come out of nowhere & take people out to sea if they’re not paying attention or in a safe spot.
There are safety signs at the beach that will give you the rundown of where to go to keep out of the way of danger. So check those out & make sure to keep your eye on the water if you venture onto the beach!
