1. Improve your form - this is the 1 thing I see so many people not do
2. Mind to muscle connection is so important! - this is my secret to gains if you’re doing all the others
3. Go down in weight - you might be lifting too heavy and recruiting other muscles to be able to lift
4. Progressively increase your training - this is a slow process
5. Eat at a slight surplus - I say slight because the aim is to gain muscle not fat (you can also grow your booty whilst losing weight but it’s a slower process)
