🌿-1 part ginger
💦- 3 parts clean filtered water
🍋- 1 to 2 lemons (depending on how juicy they are)
🍯-1/2 cup or honey (less or more depending on how sweet you like it)

- Soak ginger for about 2-4 hours
- Wash off any dirt with a clean soft brush
- Blend with water in a high speed blender
- Strain juice through a fine mesh strainer. (Linking one in Amazon tea favorites in bio for you)
Add in lemon juice and honey
- Shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days or enjoy immediately over ice.

This is one of my favorite things to make for lunch or dinner. Grilled Chricken rice bowls: Chicken tenders seasoned with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric let that marinate for 30 minutes to an hour before you grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side in olive oil. I sautéed red onion ,green bell pepper and orange bell pepper seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper. grocery shopping 101 📝 grocery shopping used to be a daunting task for me, but after implementing small tips & tricks that make a big difference, it’s now actually one of my favorite chores. who wouldve thought that my weekly jewel osco trip would become the highlight of my week. my biggest tips below!
+ meal plan: plan out your meals for the week and make an inventory of what ingredients you don’t currently have for each meal. this ensures you aren’t buying ingredients you already have! i also like to intentionally pick meals that use some of the same ingredients so that nothing ends up going to waste.
+ use reusable bags: @lotustrolleybag is an incredible small business that makes hands down the best grocery shopping bags in the market. if you live in the city like me and often walk with your groceries, it’s so important you have durable bags that protect your back and shoulders! not to mention it’s better for the environment. i always use reusable produce bags too, also by lotus!
+ bag & unpack in categories: this tip will save you time! when you group together similar items as you shop (ie by produce, refrigerated/frozen items, pantry, etc) and then unload them and repack them in those same groupings, it makes the unpacking process when you get home so much faster!
+ prep your produce asap: washing my produce right when i get home from the store means that i don’t waste time doing so during the week when im typically rushed to cook my meals. its tough to do at the time, but it’s always worth it!

This recipe is highly recommended walaupun you tak allergic to nuts, and yes, of course you boleh guna hazelnut 😀
1 ½ cawan kacang kuda (dah direbus, atau beli je yang dalam tin)
1 ½ cawan susu
1 cawan chocolate chips
5 biji kurma (or more kalau nak lebih manis)
1 sudu besar maple syrup (or more)
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
¼ sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil minyak kelapa (kak Shaz tak letak)
Blend je sampai silky smooth! Masukkan dalam peti sejuk supaya dia set.
Recipe ni boleh bagi 2 jar kecik macam tu. Ikat dengan tali jut, attach card, terus sesuai untuk gifting!
