Since everyone loved my chicharron taco shell recipe, I’m back but this time with a delicious pig skin pizza crust!
I salted the skin to dry out over night then I baked at 325°F for about 2 hours. Watch it closely because it varies from oven to oven.
Then when all your pizza toppings are on, broil until melted.
This recipe was easy and probably one of the best things I’ve ever made 🔥
