TJs sells miso now soooo like 👀 make this!!! & round it out with some asian cucumber salad + white rice RECIPE (gluten free, dairy free option*): for the miso butter salmon: -1 lb salmon -2 tbsp softened butter -2 tbsp white miso paste -1 tsp honey for the asian cucumber salad: -1/2 english cucumber, sliced & then cut in half (the mini cucumbers would be good here too!) -Salt -1 green onion, sliced -1/2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce or coconut aminos) -1/2 tbsp rice vinegar -1/2 tsp sesame oil -1 tsp sesame seeds -1/2 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste) -1 small garlic clove, minced to serve: -cooked white rice -more sesame seeds -more green onion add cucumbers to a large bowl and sprinkle heavily with salt. let that sit for 5 minutes to draw our extra moisture. then, rinse several times to get the salt off. drain. mix together the remaining asian cucumber salad ingredients in a bowl. add cucumbers and toss until coated. let that sit as you prepare the salmon. in a small bowl, mix together softened butter, miso and honey — it may look a little weird/curdled but don’t worry. spread that evenly over top of your salmon. air fry at 400F for about 11 minutes (my piece was really thick — if you’re using a thinner piece then it may take less time, you can start checking around 8 minutes). serve salmon with the asian cucumber salad, white rice & garnish with more sesame seeds and green onion. enjoy! :) #salmonrecipe #airfryerrecipes #airfryertiktok #airfryersalmon #asiancucumbersalad #healthydinner #easyhealthymeals #easyandhealthy #miso #glutenfreerecipes #healthydinnerideas #salmonbowl
