Replying to @lunaYsol PULASAN (Nephelium ramboutan) is a delicious sweet fruit closely related to rambutan. its name comes from the Malay word Pulas which means "to twist". you twist the rind of the fruit and it just pops open! usually pulasan come off the seed much easier than its cousin rambutan but thats not always the case. ive had bright red pulasan as well as pulasan that was almost black! i think the darker ones are more sweeter. pulasan seeds can be edible raw (unlike rambutan seeds) they have a flavor similar to almonds. or you can roast the seeds and use them to prepare a drink thats similar to cocoa (havent tried this myself yet!) the seed can also be pressed into an oil, which is used in lamps. the wood of the tree is hardy and is used in construction. the fruit is incredible! sweet, a little less juicy than rambutan, doesnt have the hairy spikes like rambutan either - its also got the same oval shape as a rambutan. overall i give this fruit a 10/10. its worth seeking out if youre in an area that has different exotic fruits offered. if not you can always growwwwww one 😉🥳❤️. what do you think? would you try this fruit!? share this video with a fellow fruit fanatic! #blessings aloha! #pulasan #pulasanfruit #rarefruit #exoticfruit #weirdfruit #juicyfruit #twist #openfruit #fruitporn #treehousechicks #fruitfarm #fruitfarmer #growyourown #gotseeds #fruitseeds #seeds #seedplug #explorepage #reels #newreel #newfruit #fruityourself #trynewthings #grow #diy #fruitluck #lunch #reply #videoreply
