I was so trauma bonded that I now want to spread awareness with my story because I had no idea people could play with the chemicals in your mind like this. was thrown around the last couple months of our relationship but I never thought about leaving. I gave every drip of energy I had. I didn't know what was happening. Even with a bloody face I was Even with a bloody face I was begging him to stay while he yelled at me. I am blessed to be alive and lam blessed to be able to think straight again.
A big part of my trauma bond being broken was the moment I found the TikTok he filmed of himself while I was in the hospital with the same devil eyes. I then realized it wasn't love lost or a manic accident, it was a choice he was oddly proud of? ( #narrissist ) texted him about it cause I was so hurt and confused and he responded "Jokes"
I have learned alot through this experience but the biggest lesson I have learned is how common this is. I am honestly embarrassed!! But I am doing this so there is some kinda of warning.. I almost died. I sincerely pray for his next victim.
