Homemade butter, using a Kilner butter churn with @cornishsea_salt smoked sea salt. Just because I can. And it’s quick, easy and fun too.
I used @tomparkercreamery Double Cream, and created a pat of butter and a bottle of buttermilk.
The recipe said 2% salt, but I used 1% and that was, IMHO, far too salty for toast. So I’ll use this as a finishing butter for meats and roasted veggies, and I’ll use the buttermilk for something else.
