God, please help me. 🙏
My face is falling apart. My broken nose is getting so much worse. I hopr you guys are okay with me documenting the deterioration of my nose here. The left side is just collapsing. A large ulcer has quickly developed at the tip of my nose in the "golden region" or "golden triangle." Great board certified facial plastic surgeons recognize this point on your nose as a point not to be fucked with. It is quiet unfortunate when doctors disregard this standard of practice as it often leaves the patient with a "botched" appearance. I feel like my nose is beginning to.take on that very botched appearance. I am so sad over this mew development. Worst than all, it has been very painful these past few weeks. I've fortunately been able to focus on other things because of my porphyria attacks and my rehabilitation practice, but these past 96 hours have been pure nasal hell!
on Monday, I was happy to be able to get my Jan 27, 2023 appointment preponed to January 19, 2023 when I called and inquired about the wait list I'm on.
Just yesterday I learned I will be able to go next week! So, I'm only 7 days away from addressing this pain and hopefully putting a haunted to whatever the fuxk is causing my nose to slide down my face!
Because my nose is larger now and no longer the same shape, the sensitive mucosal skin membrane that requires proper filtration, moisturization, etc., is being exposed to the dry outside elements and I believe causing the large, red, burning, painful ulcer you see in the golden region of my left nostril.
This is only my theory about the 'ulcer' and we shall find out soon!
I will be enduring a medical nose job, but I cannot afford the cosmetic nose job I want. If I ever want a cosmetic nose job, it would be considered a dangerous revision.
Boohoo. I will stay ugly for life.
