Here is my experience with fade + facet . EVEN AFTER PAYING WE DID NOT USE THE HOOKAH IT SAT THERE UN TOUCHED . Its not the money but its the principle and they are scamming people . We still ended up paying and nothing was done to compensate us neither was there an apology.
