You can use Digital Wellbeing to get more control over how much time you spend on TikTok and limit content that may not be appropriate for all audiences.

  • Screen Time Management
  1. Go to your Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Digital Wellbeing.
  4. Tap Screen Time Management and follow the steps in the app.
