TikTokCash & Bonus Point Award Scheme
1. BONUS POINT AWARD SCHEME TERMS (the "Terms")
The promoter of this cash & bonus point award scheme ("Award Scheme") is TikTok Pte Ltd ("TikTok, we, us and our"). We are a Singapore registered company, and our registered office is at 201 Henderson Road #06-22, Apex@Henderson Singapore 159545.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in the Award Scheme, visit the Award Banner on TikTok and follow the instructions described on how to participate. There is no purchase or entrance fee of any kind required to participate in the Award Scheme.
3. ENTRY CRITERIA
To take part in the Award Scheme you must:
a. have your own TikTok App account ("TikTok");
b. be a current legal resident of the Australia, who is at least 18 years of age;
c. have registered for a PayPal account and linked this account to TikTok; and
d. have no connection to Bytedance, or any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, including through your employment or through employment of any of your family members.
4. CASH & BONUS POINTS AWARDS
Users can earn a) Diamonds which can be turned into Cash Awards under this Award Scheme and b) Rubies which can be turned into Diamonds with a fixed rate of 10000:1.
Diamonds and Rubies are TikTok's in-house reward system. Your balance will be shown on your Reward page in the Wallet section of TikTok (your "Wallet"). 1 Diamond will equal One Australian Dollars ($1).
All use of Diamonds and Rubies within TikTok will be subject to our
Diamonds, with the equivalent cash value of Australian Dollars ($) will be directly reflected on your Reward page in your Wallet. You can withdraw the Diamonds as soon as it is shown as being available by clicking the "Withdraw" button. The applicable Cash Award will then be made directly into your linked PayPal account.

- You agree that we have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate the TikTok Cash Award withdrawal feature as we see fit in our sole discretion, in any general or specific case, and that we will have no liability to you based on our exercise of such right.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you correctly provide your PayPal account information. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect PayPal account information to us.
- Although we aim to fulfil all Cash Award withdrawal requests in a timely manner, we do not guarantee fulfilment within a specific period of time (including within any estimated timings set out at the time of withdrawal) and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any failure to fulfil a withdrawal request within such time.
- Cash Awards are not transferable to other TikTok users.
- If you are subject to any taxes imposed by any jurisdiction on any Cash Award payment, you will be responsible for the payment of such taxes (including any related penalties or interest) to the relevant tax authority.
5. HOW TO EARN AWARDS
There are different ways to earn Cash Awards on TikTok. These include:
a. Referrals: If you already have TikTok you can earn Cash Awards by introducing new users using your promotional code or QR referral code ("Referral Code"). The Referral Code will be made available to you via an in-App notification.
- If you want to refer new user(s) to TikTok so that you can earn Cash Awards, the new users must:
- not be existing user(s) of TikTok;
- not have already used another Referral Code on TikTok to register;
- be a current legal resident of Australia, who is at least 18 years of age;
- download and sign up to use TikTok within 10 days of receiving the Referral Code
If a new user downloads TikTok in accordance with the above, then the user who sent the Referral Code they used to register will be eligible to receive a $5 Cash Award.
Additionally, if the new user then watches videos for more than 10 minutes in TikTok each day for 3 days (a total of 30 minutes' watch time) the user who sent the Referral Code will be eligible to receive an additional $2 Cash Award.
b. Retention Tasks: Any user with TikTok will be entitled to earn the following number of Bonus Points by carrying out the following tasks (each being a "Retention Task"):
- share the campaign page through at least one (1) non-TikTok social media platform - earns 100 Rubies;
- view videos for 1 minutes per day - earns 50 Rubies
- view videos for 3 minutes per day - earns 100 Rubies
- view videos for 10 minutes per day - earns 200 Rubies
- publish a video per day - earns 500 Rubies;
- check the 'check in' button on the Bonus Points Page - earns a minimum of 10 Rubies (the number of times the page is checked each week determines the number of the Bonus Points you can earn); and/or
- Read the campaign rules - earns 100 Rubies
6. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Our use of your personal information and that of any new potential users that you might invite to TikTok in connection with any new user referral will be subject to these Terms as well as to our

7. AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Award Scheme and/or these Terms at any time for any reason. Any new user referrals following the date of withdrawal of the Award Scheme will not be eligible for any Cash Award.
8. GENERAL RULES
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any user from the Award Scheme, to not award any Diamonds, Rubies or Cash if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user:
a. has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the process or the operation of the Award Scheme;
b. has breached these Terms or the
c. has committed acts with the intent to annoy or harass any other person; and/or
d. has made any misrepresentations in respect of, has abused, or has employed any illegal or criminal activity (including fraud) in connection with the Award Scheme.
You are solely responsible for all use made of any Diamonds, Rubies and Cash Awards. Subject to section 9 (Limitation of Liability) below, and except as expressly provided in these Terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to any Diamonds, Rubies or Cash Awards, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded. Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a result of your entering (or inability to enter) the Award Scheme.
10. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Award Scheme, each participant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with a) the Award Scheme, b) Diamonds, Rubies or Cash Awards awarded, and/or c) the enforceability of these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
