a high-protein twist on the classic childhood favorite 🍞 To make cinnamon sugar: Mix 1 T sugar, 1/2 t cinnamon, pinch flaky salt (double for sweeter toast). Combine 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese, 1/4 t vanilla & half the cinn-sugar. Spread onto bread, going all the way to the edges. (I like to toast sandwich bread first to make sure both sides crisp; airier bread is fine as-is). Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Air fry at 400 until bubbling and starting to brown, about 5 min. (Or use toaster oven or broiler). Enjoy with fresh fruit!
