I am reporting news and facts and can document everything with a recording of that call with Tesla yesterday. I think Elon Musk deliberately announced something he knew to be false, because he needed good news for Tesla stock. He announced last week that all customers could now have Full Self Driving Beta. But he also knew that was false. A week later, they are admitting it was a lie.
